UMT One Plus 7 (GM1900) - Reading Information... Failed ?

Hello guys,

Please help me to fix the problem with UMT tool while One Plus 7 IMEI repairing.

Diag port is open, device is connected to computer.
Once click either imei repair or Read in UMT GSM v5.4, receiving below error;

Port : COM7 : Qualcomm HS-USB Android DIAG 901D (COM7)
Baud Rate : 921600
Device : OnePlus A3003
Operation : Repair IMEI
Opening Port... OK
Reading Information... Failed...
