Honor 8c error flashing hang on logo

i really need help for my honor 8c customer waiting phone is at hang on logo state ive tried many firmware but nothing worked i download this two file from link below but nothing work i took advice from my friend he said to buy sft dongle as the device locked in bootloader and frp lock I've search google for many firmware like easyfirmware and halabtech support..i read the build version through unlocktool latest version and found the same software version mentioned below

Its the same one my main problem is how do i flash update.app in unlocktool with bootloader locked mode couldnt find any solution on youtube please help experts thanks in advance
