Missing Smart Card!

Hello Friends,

Faced Missing Smart Card! error on Umt from Yesterday,
All drivers are ok, another EFT dongle is working fine on same pc, window also formatted but same issue,
check drivers screen shot in attachments,
Please help to sort this out,
