Redmi Note 9 mi account remove failed UMT Tool

Redmi Note 9 mi account remove failed and I dont know why.
refer to the log and please reply if you know the reason.

Model : Redmi 9 Prime
Operation : Reset Mi Account
Connection Mode : BROM (Hold Key for BROM Mode)
Hold VOL UP + DOWN and connect USB Cable.
Some phone may have different key combination for BROM mode.
