Huawei FRL-L23 (Y9A 2021) selected partition successfully flashed by Hydra Tool
1. Run MTK Tool and choose "Sosc"
2. Choose Brand and Module.
3. Go to "Flash"-TaB
4. Choose Flash file or selected file from here.
5. Tick "Auto Reboot" and click "Execute"
6. Connect device to computer using USB Data Cable.
7. Wait until the operation is completed.
