process:-
1.Download the file that i attached in post
2.Now open umt qcfire v6.5
3.Select vivo and vivo y20 model in read&tools tab
4.Now click on vivo heuristic mode add file in firmware section that i attached
5.Now select erase userdata in format type section
6.Now connect device in edl mode
7.Now click on execute
8.congo your device unlocked
