samsung sm-g532g (Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime) sound problem.

strange problem of samsung sm-g532g (Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime) incoming call sound is ok but youtube, facebook video,mp3 no sound. I full flash from service centre and my zx3 box and change charging connector, headfone socket but no luck...plz want expart suggestion. plz thank u.
