please fix this

when i click format fs/safe fs/ any model like lava /oppo/ vivo/ etc ,,,,any operation its finished within 1sec show this operation finished
but meta mode method is working in ever model

already format pc change os
update umt driver
install lower version like 3.2/3,0/2.8/9 etc same issue
qc fire is work perfectly

pls fix this
