MST not open! Help!

Hi everyone!!! I need help.

My mst won't open.

When you start a sign comes out saying no internet.

I start the program in administrator mode and it still does not work.

Also install the vcredist packages and it still doesn't work.

Please Help!!! My internet work fine.
