Micromax q402+ hardware ver 5 soft ver 3 forever lock sim

hi i have flash my micromax q402+ before flashing all hardware and software version are same but i get error on nv data then i untick the three option of nvdata on spd research tool 4.0 and i flash complete but after that its show sim (Forever sim locked) when i try with every sim this status slways indicate i tried with airtel jio and voda all of them same confition i think its imei i rewrite it with cm2 and miracle but no result it still forever sim lock can anyone help
