Note 7 pro Violet strange problem

Hi i have Redmi note 7 pro Violet
When power on shows Redmi logo than Display white
Than restart in same condition tried
Wipe but takes only 2 sec in wipe tried flash Miui 11.0.9.0
Flashed successfully but still same
