Moto XT1942-2 One Power Hang On logo Solution...[Solved]

am changed combo working well...customer reset the device mobile getting hangon logo problem..see the solution in the website using umt to flash this file
XT1942-2_CHEF_PPTS29.74-41-5_subsidy-DEFAULT_regulatory-DEFAULT_CFC.xml but denied..


After take newer version for searching google CHEF_QPT30.61-18_subsidy-DEFAULT_regulatory-DEFAULT_CFC.xml

and flashing fail...next try to unlock bootloader for moto official site gets unique key using cmd prompt error


so cant unlock oem

moto experts pls help.....
