my WEBER S1 (BLACK) educational tab with andriod 8.1.0

17-20180808 written on mother board . I flashed it with S107E-O1-V10.4373 in which contains MT_8167 ANDROID SCATTER FILE
IBal ANDI 5.5 WEBER stock rom. after that my tab just glowing an led on screen
can anybody send me the correct firmware for this.
