Vivo 1723CF [PD1730CF_EX] firmware required.

Phone problem is stuck in fastboot mode and also not opening recovery on select recovery only fastboot or edl. Phone model dont looks like Vivo v9 because its edl points are other than V9. on research its edl point are like Vivo z1 . Here is Log
