Octopus Pro Box

I have a question regarding the Octoplus Pro Box. Does the Octoplus Pro box allow for easy unlocking of LG G6 Thinkq phones? We want a write tool to flush the OS. The boot sector needs to be unlocked to install a new OS e.g Lineage or Ubuntu. The phones are ex demo phones that have no IMEI. Would the Octoplus pro box be a suitable product for this requirement or would the Chinese Miracle II be a better fit? Thanks!
