Does anybody know if these tools work simply by downloading the software Without a Dongle or Box?
The reason I am asking is because I have tried several times to Download these in different version and from here and other sites ( I HAVE NO DONGLE OR BOX) and
NONE of them are working ......They Either Ask for Smart Card which I Have NO CARD......orsome missing DLL and When I istall those Dll Still Not Working.
Could Somebody Explain me why...?
