Getting Message Spam, But I have not Posted anything from Several days

I am getting a message like this since today Morning

You have been banned for the following reason:
Spam

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

But I have not Posted a single post from Many days.
Can anybody Help me in this Matter pls.Ged
Hope my problem is resolved at the earliest.
